Eligibility
To be eligible for induction into HHS NHSDA,
*The student must not display any conduct or behavior that jeopardizes their own safety, the well-being of others, or the integrity of the NHSDA program. (These include, but are not limited to, disruptive or aggressive behavior in or outside of the studio, bullying or mistreating others, and unprofessional conduct in classes or rehearsals.)
Application Process
-Different activities are eligible to earn different point values. See the attached Induction Point System sheet.
-Students can earn up to 3 points for each semester class as well as 3 points for their participation in the the accompanying concert. So a dancer could earn up to 6 points for each HHS dance class and show they have participated in:)
-Production activities must relate to dance performance.
-Students may earn up to 10 of the required participation points outside HHS Dance. (studio recitals, workshops, competitions)
-For Choreography and Scholarship participation, consider any formal presentations, papers, analyses- Honors projects are great examples of these.

To be eligible for induction into HHS NHSDA,
- The student dancer must have a current minimum GPA of 3.0.
- The students must have accumulated at least 30 participation points during their time at Heritage High School.
- The student dancer must demonstrate collaborative teamwork, motivation, and leadership.

- Provide the chapter sponsor with your current and cumulative GPA.
- Complete and submit the Point Tracking Worksheet below. Use the NSHDA Inductions Point System document for reference.
